Use this page to report fake openings, expired listings, broken application links, incorrect eligibility details, or misleading job descriptions. Please include clear details so we can verify and resolve the issue quickly.
Reports are assessed against the employer or recruitment-board source. A report is not an application to the employer, and submitting one does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. If money or sensitive information is being requested, do not pay or submit it while you verify the request independently.
Examples of Issues You Can Report
You can report expired job links, application pages that no longer open, incorrect eligibility information, suspicious payment requests, copied job posts, misleading salary claims, or forms that ask for unnecessary personal information. Clear reports help us review the listing faster.
How We Review Reports
After receiving a report, we compare the HireNotify listing with the final application source. If the employer has closed the role, changed the form, or removed the job, we update or remove the listing. If a page appears unsafe, we stop promoting it until it can be reviewed properly.
Please do not submit confidential documents through the report form. A short explanation and the affected job link are enough for most listing corrections.
