We check the application path
We use third-party announcements as leads, then look for an employer, recruitment-board, or official application source that matches the role. A source link can establish where details came from without proving that applications are still open. When a recent listing is useful but live availability is unclear, it may appear with a prominent “Check live status” warning; it must not be read as a confirmed open vacancy. Closed or past-deadline roles are excluded from the current feed.
We separate facts from guidance
Facts include company name, role title, location, eligibility, deadline, salary or stipend, and apply link when available from the source. Guidance includes resume tips, preparation focus, interview questions, and safety reminders. We do not present guidance as guaranteed hiring process information.
We avoid invented details
If a company does not publish a deadline, we say that no deadline is stated; we do not infer that hiring is rolling or urgent. If pay is not disclosed, we label it as not disclosed. If the employer does not publish a selection process, any preparation suggestions are clearly general guidance rather than claimed employer rounds.
We check for candidate safety signals
We look for warning signs such as payment requests, unclear recruiter identity, misleading salary promises, unrelated forms, or application links that do not match the employer. A listing can still change after publication, so we encourage users to verify the final page before submitting personal information.
We add candidate value
For a listing to be useful beyond its source link, the page should help readers assess role fit: it summarizes source-stated duties and eligibility, surfaces missing or uncertain details, and gives relevant preparation or application-safety guidance. Generic advice is not a substitute for role-specific facts, so employer details take precedence and are linked for checking.
We keep uncertain information conservative
Some notices omit salary, eligibility details, or a closing date. We mark information as undisclosed or not confirmed rather than estimating it. If an exact application page or current open status is uncertain, the listing is not presented as a confirmed current opening.
We review user reports
Reports help us catch expired forms, changed deadlines, broken links, and suspicious redirects. When a user reports an issue, we compare the job page with the final application source and update the listing where needed. This feedback loop keeps the site more useful over time.
How we handle old vacancies
Hiring pages can stay online after applications close, and some forms redirect to a closed page without changing their web address. A page loading successfully is not enough to call a role open. We compare the final destination and visible hiring details with the employer's current source. If we cannot confirm the role is open, we remove it from the current vacancy feed and mark its old page as archived.
Current site status
The current feed can contain both source-checked openings and recent leads whose application status still needs checking; the card label distinguishes these cases. A source check is time-sensitive, not a guarantee of continued availability. Closed and past-deadline roles are excluded from the feed. Detail pages marked unconfirmed or archived are kept out of the sitemap until their status and source details are suitable for an indexable vacancy page.
What the labels mean
- Deadline: a date recorded from the linked notice. Apply only if the employer still accepts submissions.
- Check live status: the listing is a recent lead, but current application availability or an exact requisition has not been fully confirmed.
- Closed / archived: the supplied application window is reported closed, expired, or otherwise not confirmed as open; it is not part of the current vacancies feed.
We do not claim that a source check is a formal audit, a guarantee of legitimacy, or an endorsement by the employer. Candidates should use the employer's current notice as the authority and report discrepancies with links so they can be checked.
Send a correction
If you find a role that has closed, a link that changed, or a detail that does not match the employer source, send the page URL and a link to the employer's information through our Report Issue page. Please do not include private documents or personal identification numbers in a report.
