About HireNotify
HireNotify is an independent job-information site based in Tamil Nadu, India, for students, freshers, and experienced professionals. We summarize selected openings and link readers to the employer or recruiting body's source so they can check the complete notice and apply there. HireNotify is not affiliated with the organizations whose vacancies it lists.
Our aim is to make job information easier to assess. A listing should distinguish details stated by its source from candidate guidance, show when its source was checked, and identify important unknowns instead of filling them with guesses. A source check is a point-in-time check, not a guarantee that an employer is still accepting applications.
HireNotify is not the employer, recruiter, or application portal. We do not make hiring decisions, sell job placements, or promise interviews. Our role is to help candidates discover an opening and then verify the current instructions with the organization responsible for hiring.
HireNotify does not charge candidates to view listings and does not guarantee hiring outcomes. Shortlisting and selection remain with the employer. If a link or detail is outdated or suspicious, readers can report the page with the employer's source so we can assess the correction.
How We Review Listings
We compare available role details such as title, location, eligibility, work type, deadline, and application instructions with the cited source. A source check is a snapshot, not continuous monitoring. If an exact requisition or current open status is unclear, candidates should verify it on the employer's own careers page before sharing personal information. Missing details should be treated as unconfirmed rather than assumed.
Where useful, a listing includes a plain-language summary, role-specific requirements recorded from its source, points candidates should verify, and an independent application-safety reminder. Preparation suggestions are guidance from HireNotify; they are not employer instructions or a promise about the selection process.
How to read a listing
- Employer source: the notice or application destination used to check the vacancy. Follow it to confirm current instructions.
- Eligibility: requirements reported from the source. Treat unclear or missing details as unconfirmed, not as permission to assume.
- Deadline and status: use the date and status shown on the employer page; a page on HireNotify can become outdated after it is checked.
- Preparation notes: general candidate guidance written separately from employer requirements.
Job information can change after publication. Recheck the employer's notice before applying, especially if a deadline is close. Use the Report Issue form to flag a closed role, changed eligibility, or broken link; we assess reports against the source and update, archive, or remove a listing when appropriate.
Corrections and reader feedback
When reporting a problem, include the HireNotify page URL, the employer's public source link, the job ID if available, and a short description of the difference. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, passwords, or private recruiter conversations. Use the Report Issue page for a listing correction or the Contact page for general feedback.
Current Listing Status
When a page displays a source-check date, it shows when the cited information was last compared with its source; it does not guarantee that applications remain open now. A closed or archived notice should not be treated as an active opportunity. When a deadline or status is not stated or cannot be confirmed, check the employer's live notice or contact channel before applying.
